The Will save DC is 10+caster level+caster ability bonus

Also, Cloudgatherer's answer is incorrect; the save DC of detect thoughts is, like it is for (almost?) all spells which allow a save, 10+spell level+caster's ability bonus. Which amounts to 12+caster's ability bonus for detect thoughts.
