D&D 5E (2024) Next issue of Game Informer will have details on the two upcoming Forgotten Realms books

I don’t know for sure if it is changed or not, as I haven’t played the Rogue yet personally. But I do know the player that did said they had “two uses.”

So either they changed it to scale with Prof bonus or the Rogue pregen had a 14 Int. I’ll try and find out tomorrow.

Also, I am 99% sure they got rid of the damage buff. Neither rogue in my games added extra damage when using this feature, outside sneak attack.
Thanks for replying!

It's a bad news for me.But since there's an art of a PDW riding on an Amethyst Dragon, I wonder if there's some general Feats that gives character a Dragon mount. I heard that the background feat of PDW has nothing with the dragon mount, but is there a general feat for those who want to become a dragonrider? I'm curious about this.....would you have chance to ask this question to the designer?

So, it seems that now that we know the Backgrojnds are based on Faction and "region":

-Purple Dragon Squire and Harper are clearly tied to their respective factions.

- Ice Fisher = Icewind Dale & the North

- Genie-Touched = Calimshan and the Empires of Sand

- Moonwell Pilgrim = Moonshae Isles?

- Spellfire Initiate = Dalelands?

- Shadowmasters Exile = what, Anauroch?? Netherese???

Shadowfell maybe?

Anyways I just noticed they updated the Ultimate Bundle to add Atlas of Faerun, a digital map of Faerun which I'm guessing is interactive given the name.

Most of the Winter Walker features. Not pictured is the one major change I saw, which is their ability to ignore cold resistance now works on not only their polar strikes but also on their spells and any attacks they make.
