I have destroyed my savings on 3e so I will buy less but I hope to use what I have more often. Darksin in the "In Character" section anyone? Still are some openings.

I already have a perfect balance in playing (once every 2 weeks, like clockwork). However, there will be far less buying. I'm sticking with adventures only, as I'm tired of all the derivative, regurgitated stuff out there.

so, as long as folks are making resolutions how about gaming?
Buy more stuff...that's pretty much a given

Game more...definately want that. However, everyone in the 2 groups I'm involved with has erratic schedules, so that's always a problem...and my daughter's only 2 1/2, so she's to young; assuming my wife'd let me teach her in the 1st place. Per my wife, gaming is a "boy" thing.

*GASP* :(

Well, due to my wallet and active life, I'll probably be staying at the same level I established in 2002, both for buying and gaming.

Buy less and game the same. Once a week game is plenty for me and is the most I have games since high school. I have nearly everything I need rules wise, although I may try a few new systems. I would like to try a RPGA gameday, and I love the Chicago Gamedays. As a gamer, I am very happy.

Thankfully, I've converted my wife into a gamer also, so she now understands.

So jealous. She's willing to be a LotR fanatic, but she flees the house on game days.

Oh yeah...Hero Builder's Guidebook. I seem to recall having bought that as well at a time that the three core books, the Greyhawk Gazeteer, and that were the only books on the shelf.
