This isn't especially tricky or obscure, but those high-level fighter powers sure do start working quite nicely together.
In one round, blowing an AP, a daily, and two encounter powers, you can use:
Force the Battle (29 daily, minor action)
Action point w/Pit Fighter Extra Damage Action (Level 11 path ability)
Warrior's Urging (23 encounter, standard action)
Cruel Reaper (27 encounter, standard action)
That pulls all enemies within a burst 4 adjacent to you, then you get three close burst 1 attacks (one from Warrior's Urging, two from Cruel Reaper) against all of them, plus you'll get another at-will attack against each of them at the start of each of their turns, due to Force the Battle.
Force the Battle also adds 1[W] to all of those attacks, and Extra Damage Action (assuming level 30) adds 15 damage to each of the three close burst attacks.
If you add all the attacks together, that's 12[W] + 45 + 4*Strength * 4*Weapon + 4*Feat damage to each target, plus some cleave damage that I won't bother to calculate. If you have a +6 magic weapon with 1d10 base damage, 28 strength, and weapon focus (+3 damage), that's an average of 183 damage to each target, multiplied by your hit chance, of course. And you'll likely be hitting every enemy that was in a burst 4.
Also, if they try to move or shift away, you get another free attack, and if they don't, you can follow up with another close burst attack the next round like Devastation's Wake or Vorpal Tornado (and get another free attack due to Force the Battle).
