Ninja AC bonus

Ninja gets Wis to AC; so does Monk. However, Ninja states that the two Wis bonuses don't stack. If I were to take Ascetic Mage, which switches the Monk's AC over to Charisma, would the Cha. and Wis both stack for determining AC, or would I get one or the other?

Technically, no. The text mentions "the monk's AC bonus" together with non-stackability, and thus it does not stack regardless what ability determines that bonus.

I would rather they just call these bonus types insight bonuses to AC and be done with it.

In the other XP (Extreme Programming), there's the idea that you should do everything as simply as possible, and then later, when you see the patterns that evolve, you should re-factor (generalize).

I think it's almost time to re-factor 3.5e.

Ah, that would be XP SP2.

Don´t be so hard with the poor 3.5. After all, you have to multiclass ninja, monk and sorcerer and add a ludicrous feat from a splatbook to break it.

It's not a bad feat when used as intended-- it's designed to smooth out some of the power issues of multiclassed characters, which is necessary in D&D except with a handful of really strong combinations.
