They had not converted this prestige class. The only thing about ninja i known in 3.5 in the ninja class on 20th level.

Yep, no 3.5 ninja of the crescent moon, but their is a 20 level ninja core class in Complete Adventurer.

As a matter of fact, the ninja base class from CAdv is the 3.5 version of the ninja of the crescent moon. Says so here: http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/dnd/20050110x. Sucks, but there it is.

It's a ninja class, alright. It is just not a ninja of the crescent moon.

YMMV, but at least the ninja class is halfway decent, which I cannot say for CW samurai class.

You're better off using Oriental Adventures classes. Just find Dragon #318 for the 3.5e OA update article.
