D&D 3E/3.5 No 3.5 Thrall power?

I was recently looking for the psionic power thrall in the XPH, and to my surprise, it wasn't there! I'd thought that there was some sort of conversion of it, but it seems to be completely gone.

Am I missing something, or has that power really been removed entirely? I know there's the enslave epic spell, and the "utter thrall" augmentation to the psionic dominate power laid out in Malhavoc Press's Hyperconscious, but those aren't quite the same.

All I can find is the Thrallherd, a PrC that gets discounted psionic charm and psionic dominate, and mentally controlled followers akin to the Leadership feat.

There was some fuss about the brokenness of True Dominate a while back, but thrall doesn't seem to have made the news.
