No email notification

Hi there,

I keep trying to set my subscribed threads to instant notification but it doesn't seem to "stick" and I get no notifications. I checked and the email address in my account is correct. I use some cookie-blocking software but I allow cookies from this site and my account is recognized when I come here by all other indications (e.g. subscribed threads). In the past I used to have no problem getting notification but it's been a long time since I subscribed to threads and I don't know what might be different other than changes to the site. Anyone have ideas on what might be wrong?

I believe email notification is turned off. So, you can "subscribe" but nothing will happen.

Can't remember the reason it's turned off, but it's been that way for a while (at least a few months, maybe longer).

I believe until the new server comes online notifications will be off. Some story hours had so many subscribers it caused a real hit on the server when they were updated.
