No end to polymorph self?

I have a silly question about the original subject of this post. I see where in T&B it says that its description of Polymorph Self supercedes the PHB's, but why isn't the new ("correct") spell description in the PHB errata? Why is it only in the PsiHB errata?? Also, why not update the SRD as well? Sorry, just awfully confused by this.

EDIT: Oh wait, it is in the SRD (WOTC site) but not on OGF's SRD docs. Weird. Still, it should be in the PHB errata if they want it to replace the original text.

They haven't been good at updating the errata. They've put more into the FAQ than the errata. One reason they gave for doing 3.5 was because people keep asking for updated errata.

I'm not sure what the business reasons were for not updating the errata, but they pretty much haven't updated the PHB errata since the 2nd printing.
