Nobel Salamanders

How does this work?

"Constrict (Ex)
A salamander deals automatic tail slap damage (including fire damage) with a successful grapple check. A noble salamander can constrict multiple creatures simultaneously, provided they are all at least two sizes smaller than it. "

How does it grapple two people at the same time? I don't have a problem with the first one... hit with the tail, make a grapple check and then constrict. Now that the first guy is grappled and another turn goes bye the Salamander makes another to hit with the tail on someone else? At... - what?

I thought about that. Thats the -20 to only grapple with part of your body right?

So it could go like this:

Sally the Noble Salamander attacks Bob standing 10 feet away with her tail. She hits and does a grapple at +25, wins and then pulls Bob into her square and constricts.

Fred moves up to help Bob. On her turn Sally decides to only grapple Bob with her tail. He takes the Constrict damage while she does an attack on Fred. This attack is at full BAB. She hits and then does a grapple check on Fred at ... +5? +25 maybe if she is not saying its only her tail grappling with Fred?

On his turn Bob tries to break free and Sally does her grapple check at +5.

That right?
