BORYS, THE DRAGON OF TYR

A lot of other villains in various modules and campaigns attempt to take over a world/ascend to godhood.

He’s about the only one who begins the campaign have already achieved victory some ~2,000 years prior . . . Namely by permanently damaging the planet’s ecosystem.

Oh and godhood? Pffft, he tried his hand at being worshipped like a god, only to find it boring. It wasn’t enough of a challenge for him.

Seriously, his 2e stats are ridiculously OP.

Besides, people might mistake her for tiamat in that form, and I wanted to keep the two separate entities
