NON-Action/Adventure Games

Yeah, you got it, Celebrim. That's more or less what I mean by non-action/adventure. And yes, our Cthulhu games have only "some" action/adventure elements, and are *mostly* otherwise. If you've got the right group, you can pull it off with Cthulhu (I'm talking about the Chaosium version).

I don't think it counts at all as a real role playing game, but one of my old Improv troupes used to do a heavily tweaked version of what is known as a Harold which was effectively an improvised, 45 minute long, 3 act play.

We definitely had our fair share of romantic comedies.
