How many non d20 books do you use in your D&D games? How do you integrate them?
I've got a lot of non d20 stuff and some of it makes its way into my D&D campaign. Most of it from the magic sections of other games.
I use Rolemaster's Spell law books _of Mentalism_ and _of Channeling_ for extra appropriate domain choices.
I've used the ice law spells from MERP for an evil ice and necromancy archmage npc ravenloft lord. I also gave him spells from Infernalism Path of Screams from Mage the Sorcerer's crusade.
One of my PCs has some converted spells from Gurps Magic, Magic the Gathering, WoD Sorcerer, and a Palladium FRP fan website.
From the Earthdawn Companion I made the group true name blood ritual available to the PCs, and Earthdawn blood magic is known by a specific pit fiend npc servant of Baba Yaga in my game.
One ravenloft Lord I gave the corporem spells from Ars magica.
I've also used some stuff from Paladium's Hero's Unlimited in making a demon and some magic items.
