Non-magical enhancement bonuses

Anyone familiar with SpellJammer?
There's a race called xixchil that can modify themselves and other creatures, through a totally non-magical process. One of the things they can do is boost your stats (as well as boost natural armor, etc).

Needless to say this had better be expensive.

Should I quadruple the price? (Twice for no slot, twice for no magic.) Does that seem enough?

I wouldn't necessarily say "twice for no magic", but seeing as how it's a permanent, non-removable increase, doubling it again for *that* seems logical.

Price it as if they were buying Wish scrolls or the Manuals/Tomes for the corresponding amount, which I believe is 27.5k per +1.

It's not comparable to normal items. A permanent, non-dispellable, slotless increase is so far ahead of a normal item that they're not even in the same ballpark.

I believe the book was the Spelljammer's Guide.
I know it doesn't stack with Bull's Strength or a Girdle of Giant Strength, but I want to make sure it doesn't go away in an AntiMagic Field.

I don't know how to price it in a manner similar to an adamantine weapon.

As for pricing it like an inherent bonus, that may be a good idea, but it does stack with an inherent bonuss. Maybe that would make it too cheap for the higher bonuses.
