Non TSR/WotC D&D Campaign Settings

The City State of the Invincible Overlord is in the Wilderlands of High Fantasy, originally from Judges Guild as the first setting from a non TSR publisher, now coming back from Necromancer Games and Judges Guild.
And I for one can't wait.

I am quite impressed by Necromancer's Mesopotamia, but I am not sure if that qualifies as a "campaign setting".

I am also impressed by Mythic Vista's (Green Ronin) Europe -- but again, am not sure if it qualifies.

BTW my homebrew ROCKS

I guess this clinches it. Harn was a D&D setting to begin with. Until it evolved into something else.
I always thought Hârn was a systemless setting originally, and when it did have a sytem, it was Hârnmaster.

If only Kaptain_Kantrip were here to chime in and send the thread down in flames... But at least he'd probably know the answer.

EDIT: According to the Columbia Games website, where there's an essay from the creator, they didn't want to tie the setting to any system until they developed their own. So yeah, Hârn is probably best described as a conversion to D&D.
