Nondetection + Greater Invisibility + Globe of Invulnerability

Would someone please check if I am understanding it right?

If BBEG uses this combo,

There are several ways to counter (Greater) Invisibility. But any spells 4th level or lower will not find him because of the Globe. So, Invisibility Purge does not work unless its heightened to 5+ level.

(Heightened) See Invisibility and True Seeing are divination spells and thus must succeed on a caster level check to find BBEG.

But Globe of Invulnerability itself can be seen, as the description text of "Globe of Invulnerability, Lesser" says ""An immobile, faintly shimmering magical sphere surrounds you..."

So, PCs can still try to dispel it by using targeted dispel magic or similar spells. The target is the Globe and not the BBEG.

If it happens, Invisibility Purge start to work. And the caster of non-heightened See Invisibility spell can now try caster level check against Nondetection.

That sounds about right. Target the globe to bring it down, after which area effects will start to work.

Really I would expect PCs to hit the globe area with targeted dispel followed by fireball or glitterdust - assuming they didn't just ice storm right off the bat.
