Nonlethal damage

I'm looking for a spell, ability or item that grants immunity, or at least significant protection against nonlethal damage. Do you guys know anything like that?

There's one in Magic of Faerun. Favor of Ilmater I think. It's a cleric spell. It used to be fun to cast that and Monstrous Regeneration.

Yeah, I know about that. I'm looking for something outside FR settings, though. Also, becoming Undead or Construct is out.

The purpose of this is, of course, Regeneration. I'm statting up a lvl 30 Master Transmogrifist with Shapechange.
