Not Impressed with Pazios ineffciency and complete lack of Customer service

On the 10th of September I sent Pazios back issues department an email asking whether some of their magazines where avaliable

On the 13th of September I got a response back from the Pazio saying that yes the Issues where avaliable, that same day I sent an email ordering them

Since then theres has been silence

On the 18th of September I sent them an email asking what was going on as I havent been billed nor had I been told that the order had shipped

I never get a response

So Yesterday I sent them another email asking whether there was a problem and I got no response

So having placed my order on the 13th and today being the 23rd nothing has happaned in 10 days. It surely cant take 10 days to put a couple of magazines in a envelope and take it to the post office.

Has anyone had a similar experience with Pazio?

Needless to say Im not impressed

10 days is a very avg length of time to stuff something in an envelope and mail it. soem companies would insist it is an unattainably short period of time to accomplish the task.
 

10 days is acceptable if they dont have it in stock and need to order it (and more apporiately they tell you its going to take 10 days!)

10 days is not acceptable in this case as they have already declared they have the issues
