Notes on the Aether (Rae judging)

Keldar glances towards the crumpled form of Galwynn. He knows nothing about staunching the blood, but at least it still flows. "Tarag!" he shouts. For a moment, he considers clearing the way of fire elementals, but striking back against the earth elemental seems more pressing. Raising his weapon over his head, he brings it down hard with both hands. Then he steps south-east, and pulls a dagger from his belt.

OOC: 1d20+2=17, 1d8+3=8; standard attack, 5' step, move action to draw dagger.

OOC: that's an astonishing number of words for a fraction of 6 seconds, Tarag. I can't hear more than a few of them.
OOC: The only ones you need to hear are, "Get out of the way! And hit the rock!" :p

Galwynn gurgles out some blood.

Meanwhile, his form drifts up into the heavens, and he comes face to face with Halina.

"Um.... hey... uh...?" Halina says, slowly.

"It's Galwynn."

"Right... GALWYNN. Right... I know you from, uh, where?"

"I'm a paladin of your order, from Enworld."

"Right. Look. Um, if you could, uh, come back a little later. See, me and Hyrag are kind of having this little 'thing', right now. Now's not really a good time, Galwort."

"No problem. I'll just sit here and, you know, bleed."

ooc: Tommy goes after Rapture since he delayed last round, right? It matters because before Rapture goes, they're in color spray formation, but after, they're not. Assuming it's after, Tommy will get his wand out again and expend a charge on Earthie if it's still alive after Keldar's thump; F3 if it's not.

OOC: I know speaking is a free action, but seriously! Can't you shorten that to a few sentences? =P

Round 3

Tarag starts barking short, concise commands to everybody.

Keldar kicks the rocks on the floor aside and bashes them over and over again, crushing them into tiny chunks of mud and dirt. He steps away and draws his dagger.

Galwynn murmurs incoherently and bleeds. (1 damage)

The earth elemental's pieces slowly gather at first, but then they gain speed and shoot up into a single cohesive column of rock. Unfortunately for the earthen guardian, it shoots up right into Keldar's waiting morning star. (AoO, 22) The elemental stops and starts to crumble. Keldar gives it a solid whack in the middle, for good measure. Bits of rock go flying down the hallway, and the guardian's form loses all cohesion and crumbles to the floor. (4 damage, E disintegrates)

Rapture takes out the elemental in front of her. (F2 disintegrates)

Tommy shouts "Lily!" and a burst of arcane energy leaves his wand. It flies into the center of the pile of flames that is a prone fire elemental. (2 damage to F3)

Tarag, who delayed until this point...

Initiative:
Fiery3 (prone) (2 damage)
Fiery1 (cowering) (5 damage)
Keldar
Galwynn (-6 HP)
Rapture
Tommy
Tarag<--

Updated map.

Tarag, with great economy of motion, rushes past his comrades in complete silence. Braving the fiery wrath of the remaining elementals, he dashes to Galwynn's side. :p
