What would it take to make a NPC generator that just cranked out things like:
Name
Race
Sex
Physical Appearance
Occupation
No stats, just stuff that could easily be determined by the PC's. The DM could make up the stats and class on the fly. Could this be slapped together in MS-DOS? List of variables for race that are selected at random, same with sex, and maybe a list of physical characteristics (height, weight, age, hair/eye color, etc). I can't remember any programming stuff from the ol college days so any insight would be a huge help.
