[OA] Shaman spell: Advice

Was wondering if someone could post the spell description of the Advice spell from OA. I'm at work atm and don't have my book on me, but I need some info on it before tonights game...

It's the same as Suggestion, except that self-destructive commands are allowed (with a big save bonus).
