They did sell the right to Dark Tower, right? I'm still kind of confused how that deal came together.

Yes, Goodman owns all the rights to Dark Tower.

I don’t know this for sure, and dint have anymore details. But from what I understand any money for Dark Tower wasn’t kept or didn’t go to Judges Guild or Bob Jr. I believe that was part of some agreement between Bob, Judges Guild, Jennell, and Goodman games.

I know the Judges Guild Collectors book Volume 2, that Judges Guild fee was donated to charity instead of paid to them.

The immature part of me also wants to suggest Judges Guild's Glory Hole Dwarven Mine. It's actually a neat adventure, but that name always makes me chuckle.

I get that a glory hole mine is real term. But I also find it hard to believe that there wasn't at least someone at Judges Guild in the early 80s that would have known its other connotations. Even in Decatur.
