Oblivion question

I'm curious....I have Oblivion, and would like to figure out how to move the camera when in 3rd person mode, so that I can take screenshots, etc. I know it's possible, but can't figure out how to do it...

I don't have Oblivion, but in the PC version of Morrowind you could use the mouse to manipulate the camera if you held down the Tab button instead of just pressing it.

If you hold down your scroll wheel button (if you have one) you can move the camera around a bit.
