I've got one that hasn't been mentioned so far: Darksword Adventures. It was published as a paperback pocket as a follow-up to the Darksword Trilogy by Weiss & Hickman.
 

I spent way too much of the reading of this thread preparing arguments against the inclusion of so many of my old favorite RPGs from my college days.

Instead, I will submit the jewel of my obscure RPG collection: Powers and Perils

I recently found a page with the fan-translation of native-Japanese table-top fantasy RPG Grancrest. It's made by the author of Record of Lodoss War, and looks quite interesting!
