Obscuring Mist and Gust of Wind

I have a question about Obscuring Mist and Gust of Wind.
Obscuring Mist says that a moderate wind (11+ mph) removes the mist in 4 rounds, and explicitly notes Gust of Wind as being a moderate wind. Gust of Wind however notes that it creates a blast of wind, aprox. 50 mph. How do I interpret these rules?

I would likely have the Gust of Wind spell description trump what the Obscuring Mist description says.

So... Gust of Wind says it is a blast of wind at approx. 50mph, which is well in excess of the Strong Wind at 21mph+ Obscuring Mist also mentions which dissipates the obscuring mist in one round. So I would rule that Gust of Wind will dissipate the Obscuring Mist in one round if it were a game I was GM'ing.

Thanks! Could it be that, since Gust of Wind is a line effect, the gust removes the mist in the line, but the mist outside the line is removed in 4 rounds due too sudden changes in currents etc.?

No...gust of wind, while it has other uses, is most commonly used by an adventuring party explicitly for "annoying/dangerous conjuration cloud removal," at least IME.
