Death Attack requires PC to study opponent for 3 round before the attack.
Hawk's Eyes, one maneuver of the Raptor School tactical feat from Complete Warrior grants +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls for every round spent observing (max +6).
Is it possible to gain benefit from feat from the time spent studying the opponent for a Death Attack (automatically granting +6 to damage and attack for PC with death attack and Raptor School feat in all death attack attempts)?
