Sometimes the dice are kind. Now how to roleplay Brak's miraculous recovery... Give me a little bit and I'll come up with something. I just burned a lot of creative juices working on today's closing post for my dead campaign.

Alegast gets the same info about the monk, that he is working with the dwarf but will back whatever the dwarf's play might be... he is not attacking, just ready if need be...
Alegast does not hear the clicks or anything though so he does not know that the exit door was locked or that it was unlocked after the dwarf's "signal" unless Evendur mentions it... telepathically of course
Well yes... I would say all he knows for sure is that he saw stars and then all went to black and then suddenly was awake and ready... he has probably been healed before but he might not know that is what happened... he's not stupid but probably pretty straight forward thinking
Its cool that Healing Word has such a good range...

...and only Verbal components. I figure it would be pretty tough for anyone to actually notice it in all the shouting of the crowd.
I think going forward for badguys Hit Points/Damage I am going to take a page from Radiance and keep the Hit Points sort of the DMG way (kind of low) but up their damage output (either roll random or the base "standard" damage is going to go up). We will see... just fair warning

When I DM, I always roll damage rather than take the average. It's more interesting that way. I just roll with the HPs as provided. I figure it's balanced around a significant amount of play-testing.

So Alegast got an Inspiration point and by my count the group Inspiration points should be...
Evendur has 2
Levanna has 2
Cedric White has 1
Brak has 0 (spent both during the fight)
Tirion has 1 (spent one to do secret casting)
Kelvyn has 1 (close to getting a new one if he posts some more)
Alegast has 2
Did I miss any being spent? Just want to make sure...
