The Dragon 380 ToC is out. The seeker seems to be a divine controller focusing on archery (now I'm very curious).

If I recall correctly there was a Elven prestige class in 3.5 called the seeker of (something) could be based off that. Don't have my books with me to check...

I am thinking of either the Divine Seeker (FRCS of players guide to Faerun) or Seeker of the Misty Isle from Complete Divine.

Ok NOW I'm Intrigued. I've been rather satisfied with the Divine classes thus far. I wonder if this will get the famous "Storm of arrows" as a controller power.

Man, I can't wait for this thing to come out today. WHERE IS IT?

From the main page, click on the Player menu option. On the right, there should be a link called "Current Dragon Issue" under the Player Links heading. Click on that and it will take to you to the current ToC.

Not yet. Those new stories usually go up around the same time as the updates.

If you are on Twitter, both Wolfstar76 and I (mudbunny74) usually post that the update is live a couple of minutes after it actually goes live.
