Odd Use For Heavy Teleport/Wayfarer Guide

Heavy Teleport allows one to teleport one additional creature when teleporting. Could a demon or archon who meets the prerequisites conceivably use this to bring along someone when using their racial teleportation ability (that is, under the logic that 0+1 = 1)?

As a related question, could they take a level or two of Wayfarer Guide and bring people along when using their racial teleportation abilities?

What text takes precedence: the special text under their racial abilities, or the special text in the feat/class that increases teleportation ability?

I guess no one wants to take a crack at it? I'm aware that the answer may seem obvious, but I'm also looking for possible rules-based objections to this combination.

The devil's teleportation ability is a (Sp) and not a spell; it is possible that the wording of the feat and the PrC precludes its application to a spell-like ability.

Not that I can help you with that since IDHMBWM, nor have I ever heard of "Heavy Teleport".

I see no reason why an outsider cannot take a level or two of conjurer for the express purpose of qualifying.

Teleport (Su): Archons can use greater teleport at will, as the spell (caster level 14th), except that the creature can transport only itself and up to 50 pounds of objects.
