Hello people of Enworld!
I'm here with another rule doubt. I'll explain the scenario first:
A Harpy is attacking the party on the ground, then the party manages to surround the monster, after that, the harpy takes off into the sky to save itself. Now, does that action provokes opportunity attacks from the PCs surrounding the harpy? Second question: Can the harpy really fly as high as it wants on its turn no matter what flying speed does it have?
Well, that would be all.
