OGC Weapon & Armor properties

Hey folks,
I am looking for a good source of weapon & armor properties. Specifically stuff that is Open Game Content. OGC materials would be a nice addition as well. I would prefer the source in PDF, but that isn't a requirement.

I'm not looking for anything in particular. I just want a nice, easy source to expand my options with. Lazy DM and all that. :)

Thoughts?

Heya. My "17" line of books offers, well, 17 magic properties. You can find them here. There's a pdf demo there for each product too.

Feel free to choose any one of the 17 books, and email me your selection. I would be happy to send it to you for free.

Bastion Press' Arms & Armor 3.5 is available in PDF at RPGnow, and is probably the top book in the category of what you are looking for.

Not to be dissin' the hard work of The Le, mind you. Just a matter of size, and sometimes, size matters. And Arms & Armor 3.5 is big.

In addition to a ton of original material, Arms & Armor v3.5 pulls OGC from 108 different sources.

Oh yeah, the book's text is 100% open game content. :)

Since you asked, might I suggest my book Mindcraft over on RPGnow? It's all OGC, and one of the item tyes--fetishes--is a great addition to the sword-and-armor character type.

In a nutshell, a fetish is an item that has a creature's spirit bound to it. When used a character's ability scores are adjusted by the creature's ability score modifier, and the character gains a few other abilities based on the spirit. The intended effect is similar to that of a barbarian wearing his tribe's totem to gain the totem's strength.
