Ah, the good old AOL Greyhawk forum days . . . good times, good times. What a great community that was.

For those unfamiliar, Erik wove in a lot of source material from Gygax's Gord the Rogue novels -- that's where Marduk, for example, comes from.

found another interesting link, but not by Erik (as far as i know): http://www.geocities.com/ripvanwormer/abyssallords.html

No, that was done by Rip Van Wormer (a mix of his own stuff plus compiled from other canon and not canon sources). He's probably the most brilliant damn writer that I know, and I had the pleasure of having him play in one of the two 3e Planescape games I ran at GenCon, plus getting to see him totally plastered on Stolytchnaya at Hellhound's party one of the first nights of the Con. *chuckle*

But seriously, he's got some incredible stuff on his page and I've found great inspiration in some of his ideas, and he's played off of some of mine at times (which I found flattering beyond belief).

He doesn't have an Enworld account as far as I know, but he's over on the Planewalker forums, the WotC boards (generally the Deities and Planes board), and the Umbrassa Gravelands/Pits of Evil forums as Rip Van Wormer.
