I'm sure many of you remember the Dungeoncraft series written by Ray Winninger shortly after the release of 3e - you remember, the ones where he takes you step-by-step through the creation of a campaign setting? I'm working through the same process right now with my wife, and I'd love to hand her that as a guide to what we're doing. I'm sure she would love to feel I'm not simply removing the methodology from my rectum. Heh.
