Concentration: 1 minute
Each creature makes a wisdom saveing throw or takes one of these effects.
Creatures with 30 HP or less are instantly killed.
Creatures with 60 HP or less are paralized.
All other creatures are incapacitated.
At the end of each turn, the targets can repeat the saving throw to end the effect. Celestial creatures have disadvantage on their saves.
At higher level. Increase the HP threshhold for killing by 5, and paralyzing by 10.

Incapacitated
An incapacitated creature can’t take actions or reactions.
Paralyzed
A paralyzed creature is incapacitated (see the condition) and can’t move or speak.
The creature automatically fails Strength and Dexterity saving throws.
Attack rolls against the creature have advantage.
Any Attack that hits the creature is a critical hit if the attacker is within 5 feet of the creature.
