Personally, I plan to boycott every current and future Monte Cook product until this grevious error in judgement is resolved and Monte, himself, has issued an apology to the RPG community at large. Then we begin the public floggings.

I saw the same thing in Iron Heroes. At first I thought it was very odd. Then I decided that it's either just an honest mistake (hey, we all make mistakes) or special permission was involved. My only reason for even thinking of it has to do more with wondering what _I_ can do rather than what someone else did wrong.

This really isn't professional behaviour from a publisher, Rasyr. Especially so given your self-admitted hostile relationship with Monte. I can't imagine Monte ever berating you publicly for your publishing mistakes.

If you truly are concerned about it, then a private email to Monte would have been appropriate. Crowing over percieved mistakes in public just comes across as childish.
