Oirhandir spots the familiar form of Elise ride up from behind him, looking on at the scene curiously.

OOC: They're both mounted, so I left you mounted unless you insist.

As he let the arrow fly, the elf hear hoofbeats behind him and turned to spy none other than Elise. Elise! What an outstanding turn of good fortune, just when he needed it most!

"Elise!", he called. "No time to explain...I have to save a friend...please help if you can!"

"Please have some good spells memorized", he thought to himself as he rode toward Lupic and the thug dragging him away.

OoC: I'll have sporadic internet access from now until 1/2/07. When I can log in, I will. Otherwise, NPC Oirandir as you see fit. His priorities are:

1. Don't get killed.
2. Save Lupic!
3. Retrieve Lupic's horse, if practical (guess that depends on the thug riding it).
4. Retrieve his chimes.
5. Retrieve the mysterious red dart, if it's fallen off somewhere.
6. Find out just what is going on (might involve an interrogation).

Oirhandir will, circumstances permitting, greet Elise as the old friend she is, and catch up on things.

"Oirhandir!" Cries Elise riding up with anouther familiar face and dismounting next to her old friend. Attempting to follow him to where one follow is draggin anouther, she follows Oirhandir's lead.

OOC: Sorry for the delay, I had a migrain last night that got in the way of me realy doing much in the way of combat.

Elise rides up to Oirhandir and dismounts. In the distance (~150'+ away) she can barely see someone being dragged off.

Kali rides forward and fires at the man dragging Lupic, but fails to hit.

The archer near the mounted thug slips out of the tree and onto the horse.

The other archer fires at the charging Kali, but misses.

Oirhandir speeds off at full speed towards the one dragging off Lupic, and almost manages to get there. He puts away his bow and draws his sword as he goes.

The mounted Thug moves to meet Oirhandir, and the archer falls off the horse, but manages to roll with the fall and seems no worse for wear. The thug takes an awkward swing at the bard and misses.

Elise looses site of the thug dragging Lupic, as he pulls him into the woods. Once he is back far enough to be out of easy view from the roadside (he was close before), he drops Lupic and draws his sword again.

OoC: Do I understand that to mean that the mounted thug is in melee combat with a mounted Oirhandir? If so, Oirhandir will ride 5' away from the thug by Lupic while maintaining contact with the mounted thug, and will attack the mounted thug with his longsword. Oirhandir will unlimber and equip his shield as well.
