I've taken the time to look over 30 pages of the product in question (the 30 page preview posted)
1. The single-column layout -is- very difficult to read. Even in 11-point Times New Roman.
2. Chapter 2 starts at the bottoms of the alstpage of chapter 1... well, doesn't actually start, but the TITLE of chapter 2 is there, and then the text of chapter 2 starts on the next page, sans title.
3. Although you say that you understand the rule of 2's in another thread, you still have a race in there with a +2 bonus to one stat, 'balanced' by a -1 penalty to two stats... another has +1 to two stats and -1 to two stats.
4. The tables are, quite frankly, horrid. here, I'll show a demonstration:
- There's really no excuse for the weird table layout for Level, 4th and 9th level spells... On top of that, the tables create large white-spaces in the document where they don't fit on one page and then appear on the next.
5. Finally, on to the Open Game License: You do know that anything derived from Open Game Content must in turn be released as open game content, correct? Yet, your OGL statement is that the player character races, mechanics for customizing classes, entire prestige classes, and much more are protexted as PI and are not Open Game Content. Further, you have not referenced the System Reference Document in your Section 15 in accordance with Section 6, which seems strange as there is obviously material in your product that -is- derivative of material in the SRD (unless the races and classes were developed without ever seeing the material from the core d20 rules, in which case I wish to give you credit for blindly developing a cleric class that is much like the one in the core rules and that references the core rules in several places).
That said, if this was laid out properly, edited one more time, and then given to someone with a critical eye for d20 rules and balance, and then given a well-designed cover, I think this might do well as a product...

Completely aside: I have balance issues regarding a level 3 clerical spell that deals 1d4 electricity and 1d4 holy damage per caster level to the target (without a damage cap), as well as deafening all within 30 feet of the target (no save vs the deafening)
