My guess is that rituals will be separated by power source - arcane and divine. After all, religious rituals should, IMO, be quite different from arcane rituals. Divine rituals could use the Religion skill while Arcane rituals use the Arcana skill. It's even possible that your class must be of the appropriate power source to use the rituals. This is just my brainstorming on the topic. I'm very anxious to see the actual rules.

On the wizard pregen you select one of the two available Daily powers to be 'memorized' so yo can use only that one.

I see. Vancian logic could justify having to choose between daily spells but how does that work for daily exploits? (oh wait, it occurs to me that this topic has probably been kicked around quite a bit already...)

It doesn't.

The wizard is the only (known) class that can swap out per-day abilities, as a kind of homage to the mostly-dead Vancian magic system.
