As much I love arcane spellcasters... I'd say martial. Because without people trying to do things the non-supernatural way, it's waaay to flashy for me!

I hate to be overly gamist here, but unless PHB2 has both a divine controller and a divine striker, or WotC comes up with a martial controller that makes sense, I'd have to go with arcane simply because it's the only power source where all the roles are covered.

None. Currently I definitely wouldn't run a game limited to a single power source. There simply wouldn't be enough choices available for my taste. As drothgery noted you cannot even cover the four roles with two out of the three power sources.
