Hello,
I'm planning to DM an online 4th edition game. I have DMed in the past but haven’t done so beyond one game session with a few friends thus far in the 4th edition. I have been playing it weekly since the past 2 years and have a lot of creativity in mind to share with up 6 players. I already have 2 online friends who wish to play this game and I’m looking for a few more reliable people who will be there every game week to come join us. My friends are very social and will enjoy meeting new friendly people as well. Here are the parameters of the game:
- Game nights are set for Wednesday nights at 7PM EST.
- This is not a hack and slash game as there’s a certain level of roleplaying that will be involved as players will have to make decisions that will impact the game in the future. Players will need to be accountable for their actions and be able to play/build their character in a realistic fashion.
- I’m willing to accept new players though they’ll need to enthusiastically want to learn the rules of the game.
- This game will be played online with a game table as well as Ventrilo for voice chat. You’ll need to be able to use these applications without issues.
- A certain level of maturity is required. 18+ is preferred.
- The campaign will initially be based in Icewind Dale in a town called Dougan’s Hole.
- I have little restriction in regards to races and classes are allowed, however mind that the campaign is set in a northern climate that has mostly a human and dwarven civilization. Thus run you characters ideas by me.
- All alignments are allowed but remember there will be consequences to your actions!
- LVL 1 characters with 100g start. (subtract your initial gear from this amount)
