Online mini's stores?

Has anyone had any problems with ordering minis from Fantization (www.fantization.com)? I placed an order with them yesterday, and I've emailed them several times asking for additional information but I haven't heard back from them yet...
They might simply be out today or just busy, or it could be a bad sign. Just curious as to what other people's experience with them has been.

One from that furry fantasy game.
Most of the rest of the stuff I ordered from them took from six to twelve months to ship...
I find dragglestown and brookhurst good places to order from.
If you like Confrontation, but don't like how hard they are to get try Fenryll which is sold at dragglestown.
If you want even better than Confrontation, and very easy to get shipped to you, try Celtos.

Fantization is one of the best, IMO. They've even fulfilled a personal shipping request for me, such as using bubblewrap.
It's probably only fair to allow 48hrs before you begin panicking about anything. Fantization doesn't backorder, so chances are good that your order has shipped if it's been more than 3 days since you've placed your order. I don't know very many businesses that give return emails faster than 48hrs unless they're automated responses (which are usually useless except as receipts).

With the Holiday I would give them at least til thursday because of the two days people would have been home and ordering stuff.
I have never had a problem with Fantization in over 6 months of ordering from them. Prompt service and a nice selection.
New Wave charged me for three blisterpacks over 8 months ago and have not responded to my e-mails or phone calls. I will never deal with them again.
Brookhurst is good too. Never had a problem but I have only ordered from them three times and they were small orders.

How did you place your order? I placed mine with a debit card and immedaitly received an e-mail recipt for my order. Today is the 3rd business day since my order was placed and I have not heard from them if they have shipped or not. They did however advise that they ship orders between 3-5 business days after receiving the order.
