Kobold Stew. You should have advantage on your attack rolls on Grimjaw because of Dent's bane, so perhaps that last ray also hit for that juicy 10 damage!

I like the idea of a juicy 10 damage, but I'm missing how bane grants advantage. Grimmjaw should be suffering -d4 to his attack rolls and saving throws as a result of bane. I had a look at scorching ray to see whether it grants an effect that would combine with bane, but didn't see anything.

Perhaps Carradoc has a wizard special ability that I'm unaware of? I'm genuinely curious; let me know, guys.

I'm purposely going to hold off posting an action for Dent for this round until some of the rest of the party has posted, largely to see what shakes out (maybe there's a way to gain advantage, maybe someone needs to come stand by Dent to make use of his Fighting Style (Protection) ability).

Later days, peeps.

So no advantage (thanks, though, Steve Gorak), but...

Did Carradoc successfully move back into the darkness (cf. post 360)? If so, he'd be at O6 not P6, and possibly the dude would not have stopped at P5.

I didn't notice a move back, but it's probably important that there's no darkness on the ground floor right now because the dagger's line of sight is basically blocked by the balcony and floor from affecting the lower levels right now.

That said, if Damien misses with the shadow-dagger, it could end up any number of places I guess?
