You're acquainted with some of the docs in the ER, with the head of the ICU (Dr. James White) and with a few serologists (or whatever you call the people who analyze blood). You have a long-standing relationship due to work with Dr. Christiane Burkholder, who runs the morgue here.

Didn't know this thread was out there, I thought I was waiting for an e-mail! OK, I'll get something in as fast as I can; I'm moving this weekend, though, so it'll be hard to sit down for half an hour with the d20 Modern book. I'll see what I can do.

dave_o: Det. Spectran was involved in a well-known murder case (locally, anyway) last year in which a college student was shot in the back of the head execution-style with an expanding bullet (punishment method, used by the KGB). As far as you know, the case was never solved.

Joshua Dyal: We have a police detective already, so you don't have to take any sort of law enforcement occupation. Though you can.
