Some of it is that is a very small map however as a map of Sigil doesn't exist, but the slags being near the blood Pits and the ragpicker square being on complete opposite ends of my map and the text saying its a twenty five mile area length gives me my distance. I will post the most basic map of the hive which is the key areas of the twenty five miles to care about.

As you can see the gate house is in different places in your map then on mine, the answer is that Sigil is ever changing with alleyways that multiply and reproduce new sections appear and others disappear and rearrange so there isn't a 'Map" of Sigil just landmarks. The area with the butcher's block and mortuary is closest to ragpickers square the area between the night market and blood pit is the "slags" according to some sources. This is source material, I don't know if that map is fan made as I saw world anvil on it when I searched it.

If that's the size it is, that's the size it is.

My understanding was roughly a 5 mile diameter and aproximately 25 miles circumference.
For the entire city.
Your Sigil is much, much larger...

Edit: the map I posted is a cropped low-resolution of a TSR published map from 1995, and yup, everytime there is a new map, landmarks get moved.

Yeah, maybe I misread Sigil for the hive. If that states at 10% of Sigil you are looking at (10 miles 1.4-4.6 million) a place with a similar size and population density to the Manhattan (13 miles 1.6 million) Burrough of New York city.

So from left to right, the Hive Ward landmarks are???

1. The Ditch [ref. Shoreditch]
2. The Mortuary (Headquarters of the Dustmen)
3. The Gatehouse (Headquarters of the Bleak Cabal)
4. The Hive (the Hive Neighborhood NOT the ward Headquarters of the Xaositects --- just to confuse things more...because chaos)

The map I'm using the Gatehouse, the mortuary, the blood pit, and ragpicker's square are all part of the hive, the entire area about the size of Manhattan is filled with the xaosmen faction the armory is also here.

Well, with the uncertain map scale and variable landmarks, I'm out of things to suggest.

I just told you the map scale is about 10 square miles, you can go left to right in 2 miles and north to south in a total of 2.5 miles either way as it wraps around. Nothing should take more than an hour to travel through.
