I totally agree with this statement! I totally have to use that tactic if I ever play a hot chick during a campaign.

Since he said he's not leaving 3.5, I'll bet it's the dragonwrought kobold (war of the Dragon Queen minis has one.) Think it came out of the Races of Dragon book, IIRC.
