Yugoloth.

An OotS riddle. What has four eyes, two horns, dark skin, no wings, and can plane shift from the lower planes?

Daemon, if you're old school.

Off the top of my head, the only insect-like fiend that can plane shift is the bebilith. Problem is, that thing is Large or Huge, and Randy in the strip there was Medium. Also, bipedal, rather than arachnoid.

I'd have thought you'd have hung out with geeks enough to know that very intelligent people can often have trouble applying their smarts to personal relationships...

Now, Belkar's still under the curse, isn't he?

So he shouldn't be able to actually do any damage to anyone, ally or enemy, despite Nale's charm, which Nale is probably unaware of... right?

Edited for typos.

Nale believes Sabine is hurted by both cold iron and silver.

Therefore, I suggest Sabine is a half-succubus/half-erinyes, with the abilities of both, but the vulnerabilities of both.

And anyway, it doesn't matter. I don't have the feeling the distinguo between demon and devil matters that much in the Setting of the Stick. Maybe they're all lumped together with the demodands and daemons and are just fiends.

I notice Belkar's song has mutated, probably because nobody knows very much of the lyrics of "Meet Me in St. Louis." I googled them, and boy - that really wasn't worth the effort.

Actually, Nale told Belkar to sing the complete score of Meet Me in St. Louis. The Trolley Song is still part of that score.
