It's not the same thing. Sabine, like Haley before, is an ally (well, Haley was an ally at the time). They've been presented, and they know each other.

Thog is afraid of pretty girls that are strangers.

He's a half-orc. Do you really think human girls (or human-like girls) look pretty to him?

And I liked the surprise ending to this strip, although an equally good ender could've been a very angry Sabine (after disentangling from Thog) walking up behind Nale after hearing his "Oh, I've been with Haley all this time" bluff...

Great strip!

"Extra peppers to kick it up a notch...Bam!" Very funny and a reference I actually got. Woohoo.

Almost time to get back to Belkar now. I wonder if he's run out of show tunes yet.

I'm actually starting to wonder if the Belkar-haters may soon be getting their wish and seeing him replaced (with Thog, most likely). If he causes one of his prophesied deaths within the next few strips, while under the effect of Nale's charm, he'll probably die himself soon after.

Still can't kill Vaarsuvius just yet, Rich hasn't resolved his prophesy. (No ultimate power attained)

I JUST got the "gift horse" part of Haley's prophecy. Nale came bearing gifts. Had Haley doubted him, and not gone with him, not gotten dressed like Nale's little minx... Elan wouldn't have burst in on them, events would not have ensued, and she would STILL be talking all mixed up!

So that's Prophet 2: Order, 0..

Here's hoping that Sabine gets up soon, cause hell hath no furies as bad as a whatever-she-is scorned.
