I also think its interesting that the divine servant isn't basing Roy's fate on the actions of his father. Not sure if this because of his own destiny or in spite of his father's eternal 'punishment' for his blood oath against Xykon being unfulfilled. It will be interesting where Rich takes this before Roy gets Res'ed.

Maybe it will come up later, though I really doubt it. It's not particularly interesting, and moral issues with regard to sexuality are a sensitive subject. At most it will be good for a one-liner.

Roy's actions at the time suggest that he had an especial concern for privacy that suggests he recognized the activity as possibly condemnable, which in turns suggests he knows he was outside of social norms and engaging in illicit behavior. Either that, or he's just really shy.

However, I doubt this is deal breaker. Abandoning children resulting from such a union would be. Getting ahead of yourself and not obtaining a legal license for the activity from the society is more of a misdemeanor offence in this case. She might write him a ticket, but it would be more of the 'undertake this mild penitance will going up the mountain' sort, rather than thrown off the cloud.

It's implied in 318, at the very least they spent the night together in the same room and were somewhat secretive about the whole issue.
