Well, I don't know for sure. However, he's been in the "care" of an extremely stupid monster. I suppose Haley could have rescued him, but how could she cure him?

Mark of Justice or not, in such a situation Belkar would slaughter their allies.

I doubt it. Belkar enjoys killing, but doesn't seem real picky about who, and he knows that the hobgoblins wouldn't be as friendly and helpful as the resistance.

How do you know?

Lich paralysis is permanent unless someone does something about it, and O-Chul doesn't seem to have many allies around at the moment. I would imagine that he could easily have died of thirst by now if not hunger (not that I think that is likely to have happened in the strip)
