Ok, what did the Kobold do to Belkar in D&D terms. I'm guessing it is some sort of Symbol spell but I'm not 100% sure. The Kobold village must have something to do with it but I can't figure out what.

Belkar killed someone within city limits. He just set off the Mark of Justice.

I never thought I'd see the day, when joy of joys, Belkar Bitterleaf gets a cosmic helping of karma smack down. I must have laughed so hard, I almost failed my save vs. bladder release. I loved that kobold from the moment I saw him. (Anyone else thought his voice over should be done by Mel Brooks?) I eagerly anticipate the next update.

spoiler for those who don't like to mess up a joke with lots of exposition:
[sblock]Back in Azure City, when Belkar was arrested for murder, Roy had a Mark of Justice put on him that would trigger when Belkar either (A) got too far away from Roy, or (B) Belkar killed someone inside a populated area. Apparently, the Oracle knew that not only that Belkar was going to kill him, but knew about the Mark, too.[/sblock]
